Graveyard Keeper 2 Graveyard Management and Corpse Delivery

Per-grave score is calculated as min(Decoration Score, White Skulls) − Red Skulls. White skulls are the body's potential ceiling, red skulls are penalties you want to remove before laying it to rest. To maximize a single grave, you need an iron grave, an iron fence, and a high-quality body in a good coffin (rating 5 for QL3 bodies). Burying a zombie or skeleton drops the rating, so avoid burying undead if you can.

Better caskets (wooden, stone, marble) and stone/iron fences and graves give the biggest decoration boosts.

The corpse-delivery questline begins once you reach 10 reputation with Agatha at the Crossroads and ask her about the Donkey, which opens "The Nun with the Hairy Ass"; if you need more reputation, "Nun of Your Business" accepts 5 Clean Paper + 2 Ink for 10 Agatha reputation. Before Agatha can route deliveries to you, you must raise Graveyard quality to 20 and report it, and repair the Crossroads Manhole with 2 Polished Bronze + 4 Polished Stone and report that as well — order does not matter, but both must be completed. Reporting the manhole repair rewards 10 Agatha reputation plus 2 Town Gratitude. Once restored, you can ask Agatha on the Wrath-symbol day how many corpses are needed each week. Better-corpses upgrades unlock at 30 Agatha reputation and trigger the "Brawns and Brains" branch, with a 40-reputation follow-up.

Always carry a fresh body to the morgue's autopsy table, read its red / white skull counts, and only remove organs that lower red skulls (commonly fat and blood). Stop cutting when red skulls hit zero — further cuts hurt white skulls. Lower-quality bodies are best steered to the crematorium or zombie labor rather than burial.
